- Initial Consultation and Relationship Development
We start by getting to know you – your lifestyle, preferences, and vision. From there, we develop a personalized design concept, budget, and detailed scope of work outlining all spaces and services. - Space Planning & Design
We create a tailored furnishings and design plan, complete with a curated selection of materials, finishes, and fixtures that balance beauty, comfort, and functionality. A proposal is presented at this time. - Sourcing & Procurement
Because of our access to trade-only resources and trusted artisans, we source and purchase all furnishings, lighting, artwork and accessories – handling every detail on your behalf. - Project Management
MBI oversees ordering, shipping, and vendor coordination, managing timelines and keeping the process seamless and stress-free. - Final Stage
We coordinate the full white glove installation, from delivery to final styling, ensuring every piece is perfectly placed and your home is fully finished and move-in ready.

Full service design consultation was provided from the selection of the interior and exterior paint colors to the selection of all appliances, lighting, bathroom hardware and floor stain color (all home finishes).
